A short drive offers you either; the Medieval City of Canterbury with a wealth of history, shopping, restaurants, theatre and schools, or Faversham one of the oldest market towns in the country where you can take a tour around Britain’s oldest Brewery. The coastal harbour of Whitstable 5 miles away offers world famous Whitstable native oysters, a pebble beach, many sea food restaurants and local specialist curio shops – always a great day out.

    The cottage offers a combination of a quiet cosy retreat next to a traditional nursery one side or Farm Shop the other - just off the beaten track, or a great location to explore the surrounding area. The bus to canterbury pulls up 50yds away.

    The accommodation arrangements are very flexible. This property can be either furnished, part furnished or unfurnished.

    The garden is walled and gated so therefore safe. It is mostly laid to lawn with established plants and shrubs and designed for easy maintainance.

    The POND - there is a pond, with Koi carp present - if agreed with the owner & tenant these can stay. But if the pond is an issue it can have a safe decking top placed over and be put into hibernation for the duration of the tenancy leaving a safe additional terrace area.

    Parking - the cottage has two car ports, both covered and secure. The entrance is by the white electric garage door. On street parking is allowed.

    There is a third garage space which the tenants would not have access to.
